- Returns
Dekain accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or color variations, subject to availability. Please contact customer support to arrange an exchange.
- Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they have been processed for shipment, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may initiate a return after delivery
in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided the item is eligible for return.
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Dekain reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity,
or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible.
- Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
